My skin is a typhoon on its own. With tiny spots here and there, sometimes it makes me feel imperfect. Yes, sometimes. Hehe, coz most of the time I talk too much without thinking that somehow it makes it hard for me to think about anything! Heeeee....
The time that I think about my "imperfection" the most is when I look at myself in the mirror while getting ready to go to work. My sister would be fast asleep and talking quietly to myself is the only way I could vent out my need to communicate. So here I am, doing my morning ritual. Put on some pressed powder...tempek tempek tempek...put on loads on the spots...tempek tempek tempek...nothing much..the spots are still there...let's try again...tempek tempek tempek...yeah, it's hopeless.
So ladies of the high court, tell me...what magic IS there that could help me out with this?? Some recommended Giorgio Armani to me, they say it works like magic. But but butt butttt, the price is super expensive (that's one thing to consider).. But what's money compared to magic,right? Sekali when payday arrived, I practically skipped to the Giorgio Armani counter at Isetan...checked out the foundation powder...not bad not bad at all..think about the money that I'll be spending, am I willing to sacrifice that much for a near-to-perfect face?? After much deliberation and a louddd heave...sure sure...eh, OF COURSEE....buat muka classy sikit coz seriously, if you don't..the sales girls at the counter will bohlayan sambil buat muka..."budak ni pasti tak mampu!"...BATAK,yes?...MUCH, I tell you... I said, "Can I have this powder in blablabla shade?"..heartbeat goes crazy (mixture of excitement and dread sebab duit nak hilang).......
Girl at Counter: Sorry, all out of stock.
Imperfect: You mean ALL out of stock?? (disbelieve) As in ALL shades??
Girl at Counter: Yes, that's right.
Imperfect: Can you find out if there's any available at other Giorgio Armani counters?
Girl at Counter: Sorry miss, we only have 1 counter for the whole of Malaysia.
Imperfect: Aahhhhhhhh, dalam hati....Wow, I never knew that but now I know...so when's the new stock coming in?
Girl at Counter: Not sure miss. Most probably they won't.
Imperfect: whattababiiiiii...penat je persuade diri sendiri nak beli benda ni! Okay, I give up...here's my email address, IF by somekind of a miracle GA decided to top up the stock...could you please inform me, okay. Thanks! (buat muka ceria fake).
Girl at Counter: (roll eyes) Okay miss.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....what a waste of time. All in the search of the MAGIC powder (or so they say). But I'm determined now, I'll plan a trip to Singapore one day...and the Adventure of the Magic powder continues......heeeee

nads, concealer works wonders too in covering the spots.. :)
try MAC Studio Finish concealer with SPF 35. Apply with berus. (bunyi mcm MAC salesgirl, please?) :p
i use a very specific skincare regimen, and i successfully got rid of my acnes. (i had loads of em too, dulu2). i will post an entry on it maybe this weekend, and check out la ok, see if you wanna try it. wont cost a lot of money except for the 'key product'.
I'm too lazy for concealers BUT go ahead with the entry, I might need it for "special" occasions... "special" reads my not-so-lazy days. Hehhehe
That is soo ridiculous of GA to only have 1 counter in KL, let alone in Malaysia? For real? I doubt it.. lemme check for you later!
