My Facebook Fortune Cookie said something on giving credits, so I'm writing this piece down to spread the love that I have for these people I've categorized as My Village People.

Thank you for being the one with the hugest shoulder pads for me to "cry" on. I couldn't imagine calling anyone else just to cry over a lost shoe without having them laughing back at me. No matter how small the problem is, I can always count on you to accept it as if it's the World War III equivalent crisis. You're small but you're potential is HUGE woman! But please, remember to take it slow and try saying No once in a while.

Bolina!!! Always the one reaching there on time. Always the one looking super good in pictures despite the weather, lighting and conditions. I wonder how you pull that off. Thank you so much for being my work "buddy"! Thank you so much for trying so hard to accompany me during my Freedom Night. If it weren't for you and Qaf, I'd have just stayed at home and missed all the, "Ni je ke korang buat selama ni???" moments. :D You would go out of the way just to help a friend in need. I know you will lead a life that is simple but knowing you, that simplicity will always turn into something wonderful.

Oooh Mami! I love how Drama and Diyana is inseparable. You worry too much, I think you're close to being a ceritified Panophobe. Maybe you've never realized this, but you being you have taught me about Life in so many ways unthinkable. You are my Dictionary of Life. And I hope to learn so much more from you. No. You don't HAVE to be all grown up and matured in front of us even when you're married with kids!

Aaaah, the baby of the family. Your heart is so huge it covered most of Zambia, Nigeria and Zimbabwe on the world map. (semangat kelab la weh!) I think out of all, you're the most sensitive, soft hearted and your empathy towards others are just beyond this world! Behind that Whatever-I-Don't-Care facade, I know you care. I think you're the only person whom I know would hold her pee in just to hear Uncle Tamzy berceramah. Hebat! Someday you will find a guy with just as big of a heart as yours and you will create a fairytale of your own. :)

Now here's the Philosophist. One who could write lyrical delirium and a hardcore self-proclaimed GenY-er. I respect your believes and your sense of logics. I applaud your desire to be a better person and to achieve what none other even bother to care about. Someday, I know you will find that thing that you love most and you'd be so damn good at it, people will be revering you for it. A catalyst for an upcoming paradigm shift.

I feel all sappy now. Soon, everyone will move on to greater things. Our paths might continue in different directions and we might not be able to attend as many Mabis sessions no more.

Despite all these, please know that I hope fate wouldn't be too harsh on any of us. I hope we find the contentment in Life. I hope we would die smiling with Faith safeguarding us all the way to our final resting place.
